No Refunds & All Sales Final
All sales made through The Deck Divider are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Compatibility issues
- Buyer’s remorse
Damaged or Defective Items
We take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@thedeckdivider.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will review each case individually and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, The Deck Divider is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly.
